ZOGGS sales manager joins Curvy Kate

D plus specialist Curvy Kate has appointed former ZOGGS employee Rachel Jenkins as its new head of sales, amidst a reorganisation of the brand’s sales team.

The newly formed role will see Jenkins, who has over 15 years experience in the intimate apparel industry, focus on Curvy Kate’s key accounts and distribution across 32 countries worldwide.

Jenkins said: ‘I’m thrilled to be part of the Curvy Kate team as it is such an exciting and innovative company to be part of. The product is fantastic and there is so much potential across all areas, I’m really looking forward to working with the retailers. The brand has grown dramatically since the launch in 2009 and I’m looking to build on this and work with the same passion and momentum that the rest of the Curvy Kate team possesses.’

With the new appointment, Curvy Kate is seeking to reduce the strain on the sales and customer service team, and offer more in store support and ‘industry leading customer service’.

The brand is also further strengthening its internal team with additional staff and new systems to cope with the demand and improve service to all accounts.

Curvy Kate managing director Steve Hudson added: “We warmly welcome Rachel to Curvy Kate as we continue to create and market lingerie for all curves. With Rachel’s experience and knowledge of the industry we look to grow the business both in the UK and internationally.

It’s important we look after our key markets and maintain our strengthening position in the UK."

Curvy Kate reported a 70 percent growth in its third year of trading. Moving forward, it will be concentrating on new continuity ranges, such as the Desire, its new multi-way and Smoothie, its moulded J cup.
Curvy Kate bras are available D to K cups and back sizes from 28-44”. Bras retail from £26 to £30.
