Vogue posts fuller-figured lingerie shoot

In the wake of an industry backlash about diversity in the fashion industry, American Vogue has published a shoot starring models of varying sizes wearing lingerie.

The shoot, entitled ‘The Best Lingerie Comes in All Sizes’, features famous models wearing fuller-figured lingerie from brands such as Chantelle, Panache, Wacoal, Hanro and Aubade.

It was posted on Vogue.com alongside editorial that discusses beautiful lingerie that fits perfectly.

The slideshow is thought to have been published in response controversial interview with Myla Dalbesio, a Calvin Klein underwear model in Elle magazine.

In the interview, the size 10 model (size 14) describes her thoughts on being cast as a ‘plus size’ model for certain brands.

The model was shocked to have made it into Calvin Klein’s Perfectly Fit campaign, as she expressed, "It’s kind of confusing because I’m a bigger girl.”
