Lingerie brand Ultimo has unveiled a brand new Christmas viral video campaign featuring Brazilian Racia Oliveira.
The 42-second video, launched today online at www.ultimo.co.uk, features the supermodel in a top hat and silver sequined Ultimo lingerie set, walking through a stately home.
Michelle Mone OBE said; “We wanted to do something a little bit special for the festive season and add an element of virality to our Christmas campaign. Raica looks incredible in the video, which is already proving incredibly popular online – particularly with men.”
Sales for the firms’ lingerie have risen by 91 percent in the past week, due to an increase in demand from men buying pieces for their partners.
Mone said; “Christmas is always a key time for lingerie, but we’ve been amazed at just how much sales have shot up. Ultimo sales have increased dramatically this past week and we’re expecting sales to continue to soar right up until Christmas Eve.
“Compared with last year, we’re definitely seeing increased demand for our more elaborate embellished pieces accessorized with the likes of feathers, beads and sequins. Our customers are being much more daring and clearly buying for the bedroom! Our best-selling range is Ultimo ‘Disco’, a stunning sequinned range that can be worn under your party dress or even as outerwear.”
Ultimo ‘Disco’ is available from Debenhams and online, as part of the Ultimo Christmas collection, priced at £35 for the multiway balcony bra, £20 for the short and £15 for the thong. The range is available in sizes 30-38 A-G for the bra and 8-18 for the briefs.
