Victoria’s Secret is planning its ninth outlet in the London area with the opening of a boutique in Covent Garden.
The US lingerie giant has not yet confirmed its plans, but the London Evening Standard says West End property sources suggest a store will open in a location close to Covent Garden tube station.
Victoria’s Secret currently has 12 stores throughout the UK, including Manchester’s Trafford Centre. It is expected to open in Dublin this year.
Victoria’s Secret recently parted company with Jester Turney, who had been CEO for the company for 10 years.
She is widely credited with turning the US company into an international brand with a particular focus on growing in the UK.
