Victoria’s Secret is making rapid progress on a site it has secured in Bristol that will mark its first venture in the south-west.
The brand confirmed earlier this year that it lease space at Bristol’s Cabot Circus shopping destination and fit-out work is now underway as it prepares for its imminent launch.
Huge hoardings depicting images of its lingerie-clad ‘angels’ have been erected outside the unit as it looks to whet the appetite of consumers ahead of its opening.
The images include some of its most well-known models, including South African Candice Swanepoel.
Victoria’s Secret opened its first store in London three years ago, but it’s latest escapade marks its first attempt to get a foothold in the south-west.
The site it has secured at Cabot Circus spans 12,000 square feet unit adjacent to high street fashion giants H&M and Topshop.
It will showcase the latest lingerie collections and beauty products from Victoria’s Secret as well as its Victoria’s Secret PINK lifestyle brand.
Martin Bull at shopping centre developer Hammerson said: “Cabot Circus is the perfect destination for international brands wanting a foothold in the South West and we are delighted that Victoria’s Secret has chosen Cabot Circus to make its debut in the region.”
