Vanilla Blush launches "sexier" site for IBD Day

Vanilla Blush, Europe’s first boutique specialising in ostomy lingerie and swimwear, has launched a new website for UK consumers and NHS patients.

The new site, launched yesterday to mark World IBD Day, offers everyday lingerie and swimwear for men and women who have suffered from Inflammatory Bowel Disease, such as Crohns and Colitis, and which has left them with a colostomy or an ilieostomy.

Vanilla Blush also provides free ostomy and support wear for eligible NHS patients via the new website. Patients can order items online that are sent directly to their GP.

CEO Nicola Dames has spoken of her excitement at launching the company’s "spanking new sexier website for World IBD Day".

"I know only too well how IBD can have an impact on an individual, and the resultant body-issues and relationship-issues," she said.

"And so it is both important and appropriate for Vanilla Blush to launch its spanking new sexier website for World IBD Day."

Vanilla Blush was crowned Post-Surgery Brand of the Year at the 2014 UK Lingerie Awards in December.
