The Online Retailer of the Year category was contested by a number of leading lingerie names that have scaled the very heights of e-commerce excellence.
The judges had their work cut out, but in the end voted for Figleaves as the winner of this prestigious award.
Figleaves is the ultimate destination for designer lingerie, nightwear, swimwear and loungewear for men and women, offering some 6,000 styles from over 200 brands.
The e-tailer impressed the UKLA panel by demonstrating its continued focus on improving the customer shopping experience online.
Key successes in the last year include its Summer Hero holiday shop campaign, which helped inspire customers to find the perfect holiday must-haves.
Alongside this, Figleaves has its bra calculator, which aims to establish a customer’s true bra size.
The shortlisted finalists in the Department Store of the Year category also included Coco de Mer, Belle Lingerie, JD Williams and Lovehoney.
