The winner of the Online Retailer of the Year award is Figleaves.
Launched in 1998, Figleaves has grown to become a premium fit specialist, offering care and advice to meet its customer’s needs.
The brand carries 137 ranges across lingerie, swimwear and nightwear, with bra styles, swimsuits and bikinis offered in cup sizes A-K. In 2016, Figleaves transformed its digital landscape with the launch of a new website, designed in-house in collaboration with software technology company Demandware.
This has contributed to a 36% growth in swimwear sales and a 3% growth in lingerie sales. Figleaves also trades on Amazon and eBay and has formed a wholesale partnership with Next. Figleaves’ return rate currently stands at 36% for swimwear and 24.3% for lingerie. The retailer has sold out of 12% of its lines.
Accepting this prestigious award, Miriam Lahage said: “It’s just so exciting to be voted by all of our peers in this industry. Even though we have been around for 19 years we act like we’re brand new, we have so many big ambitions and we’re thrilled to be here.”
