The winner of the Independent Retailer of the Year (South) award is Coco de Mer.
This Covent Garden boutique continues to go from strength to strength, with an expanding team of diverse experts to better help its clientele discover the world of Coco de Mer.
Knowledgeable and welcoming, the retailer’s staff make the boutique one of the finest in the world, with visitors from all corners of the earth, which has resulted in double digit growth in AOV and sales.
Also this year, Coco de Mer has redeveloped its basement to bring its warehouse in house, allowing the team to better manage its stock and minimise out-of-stock issues. The business has also hired a new brand manager and sales assistants, each with their own expertise.
Photographer Rankin continues to work with Coco de Mer, providing images that showcase its POS in its windows. Guest experts have also designed live window displays and illustrators have designed exclusive imagery for Halloween and Christmas.
Accepting the title at the 2018 UK Lingerie Awards last night, Coco de Mer CEO Lucy Litwack said: “We’re so delighted to win this year for the fourth time in a row and it’s such an honour to be nominated and won against our amazing competitors so thank you so much Lingerie Insight.”
