Two leading corsetieres have made The Lingerie Edit line-up for the AW15 event, to be held on January 8-9 at The Savoy Hotel in London.
Sian Hoffman will showcase her sensual body-sculpting garments, inspired by the silent movie era, at the show.
Based in the UK and stocked internationally in premium boutiques, Hoffman has collaborated with lingerie brands such as Lascivious, created bespoke commissions for stockists and has had her garments worn by Kate Moss in British Vogue.
Spanish corsetiere Maya Hansen will also unveil her designs, which combine prêt-a-porter with corsetry, at the Lingerie Edit.
Hansen made her debut at EGO Madrid Cibeles Fashion Week in February 2010 with her AW10 collection, Heavy Metal Couture, and she won the L’Oreal Prize for the Best Young Designer Collection the following September with her SS11 Lace Wings range.
Her AW11 Queens of Spain collection caught the attention of international stylists and was featured in several publications and worn by celebrities such as Lady Gaga.
The media coverage pushed her to present her SS12 Knotted collection at the Cibeles Fashion Show Madrid, the most important fashion event in Spain.
