Tesco to take part in interactive retail webinar

Leading retail experts will take part in a webinar next month, to explore a cross-sectoral view on boosting engagement, loyalty and sales for a new generation of customers.

Representatives from Tesco, Direct Line Group and RBS will exchange views on data to pre-empt customers’ needs; adding value and triggering loyalty at point of sale; investments to boost profits and protect losses; and demonstrating return on investment to the board.

The Re-defining Tomorrow’s Customer Journey webinar, hosted by Marketforce, will be broadcast live from the London Stock Exchange on September 29 at 12pm BST.
