Tatu Couture launches at The Lingerie Collective

Tatu Couture, a new brand which has integrated tattoos into lingerie designs, will launch at The Lingerie Collective from 3-5 July 2011.

Tatu Couture seeks to push the boundaries of lingerie design by combining a growing trend for tattoo body art with fashion-led lingerie.

The lingerie brand, founded by lingerie designer Luisa Sidoli, has been designed and developed in England in collaboration with professional tattoo artists, to ensure the designs are as authentic as possible.

The eight piece collection integrates both floral and script tattoo placement prints. The contrast between solid panels and weightless, sheer mesh aims to create the illusion that the tattoo designs are actually on the skin.

The debut range includes bodies, a high waisted knicker with waist cincher feature, bodysuit with dramatic back tattoo placement, suspender basque and boy short. All pieces are available in two shades to suit any skin tone (light and dark).
