Managing director Michelle Taylor said: “In the last four days I am in awe of the people of the North East who have clubbed together in order to make this happen using word of mouth in the business community, Facebook and Twitter. We have managed to organise this spectacular event only because of the generosity of our community. Models applied to be Tallulah’s through our Twitter and Facebook pages. We are also thrilled that Glam r us model agency were also involved in supplying gorgeous girls for this superb showcase.
“There are so many entrepreneurial people up here in the area with a real sense of community and spirit. I am thrilled to say that fashion and art are alive and living harmoniously side by side here in Newcastle. We are proud to show the world that Newcastle has some very talented and creative people and that although we may be in the midst of a recession we are determined to succeed and show the world what we have to offer.”
