Swimwear label Gottex ramps up brand exposure

Iconic swimwear label Gottex is ready to make a huge splash in the market to celebrate six decades in business after appointing a new agency to promote its collections.

The brand, known for its fashionable and glamorous swimwear, has begun a partnership with CiCi PR & Events, which will manage its UK PR activities with immediate effect.

The Gottex collection is divided into three sub-categories – Collection, Contour and Essentials – and CiCi will kick off the tie-up by focusing on the promotion of Gottex’s 2016 collections.

“We have chosen CiCi PR as they have an excellent reputation for increasing brand awareness and developing brand recognition across a number of sectors,” explained Richard Barnes, director of Alba Associates, which looks after the UK sales for Gottex.

“Gottex will be launching its 60th anniversary collection in July 2016 for the 2017 season and we will be looking to increase consumer brand awareness ahead of this momentous occasion,” he added.

CiCi PR is a UK-based boutique PR agency that was established in 2005 by Cristie Herbert. Clients include Cyberjammies, Glitzy Secrets, Zara Taylor Jewellery, Cake Maternity, MyaBlueBeach and Lindsey Brown Luxe Resortwear.
