Shapewear brand Spanx has announced that it will be introducing shaping Look-at-Me Leggings for AW11.
The seamless product, which seeks to combine the ‘smoothing and shaping power of Spanx with super-soft cotton,’ comes in two styles: At-the-Waist and High-Waisted.
Features include non-binding legbands to keep pants in place, avoiding the creation of lines on the legs, and tummy targeted slimming to flatten the belly. The high-waisted style also acts to eliminate the ‘dreaded muffin top.’
Spanx founder Sara Blakely said: “Leggings are one of the easiest trends to work into your wardrobe, but one of the hardest to wear.
“Thanks to look-at-Me Legging, all women can get a leg up on the trend.”
The Look-at-Me Legging retail for £54, or £66 for High-Waisted.
For AW11, Spanx will also be launching its new Undie-tectable line, which consists of shapers that have been designed to go virtually unnoticed under clothes.
Made of lightweight, soft yarns, the collection includes a panty, high-waisted panty, adjustable strap bodysuit, tank bodysuit, mid thigh and high-waisted mid thigh.
Retail prices start from £31.
