sloggi steps up to support the UK Lingerie Awards 2018

Everyday comfort brand sloggi has been named the second Supporting Partner for the 2018 UK Lingerie Awards.

The bodywear label, owned by Triumph International, has joined up with Lingerie Insight to celebrate creative and commercial success in the intimate apparel industry.

The UK Lingerie Awards 2018 is relocating to St Johns Hotel in Solihull and will take place on the evening of February 19, the second day of INDX Intimate Apparel.

It has been transformed from a stand-up event to a glamorous black tie ceremony where guests will be treated to a three-course sit down dinner and free-flowing drinks.

Commenting on the transformation, Stark said: “A new format and location is really exciting and the convenient location in Solihull is great for industry professionals and buyers attending the INDX Intimate Apparel show.”

News of sloggi’s partnership with UKLA comes just days after INDX Intimate Apparel came on board to support the event.

UKLA 2018 will recognise retailers, suppliers and distributors with 17 prestigious awards.

There will be nine supplier and seven retail accolades up for grabs, and a respected industry veteran will be honoured with a Lifetime Achievement Award.
