Following on from its debut Breast Cancer Awareness Month campaign, last year, wirefree bra manufacturer Royce Lingerie is once again pledging to donate funds to its supported charity during the month of October 2012.
In conjunction with its stockists during October, the company will donate £1 to ‘Against Breast Cancer’ for each of its Caress mastectomy bras sold through its retail partners during BCAM.
Royce Lingerie commercial manager Jennie Steenkamp said: “Our designers work closely with ladies who have had breast cancer in order to perfect our range of mastectomy bras to fit and support real women. We are excited to be teaming up with our stockists to contribute funds to Against Breast Cancer for the second year running.”
The £1 contribution will be made for each Caress Bra sold through retail to a customer between 1st and 31st October.
This includes its best-selling style, Jasmine, as well as newer designs like its Champagne Velvet bra, which was launched in August. The offer is valid on sales made at participating Royce stockists across the UK.
All monies raised during the event will go directly to Against Breast Cancer and help to fund ground breaking research to improve detection and increase survival after breast cancer.
Steenkamp added: “Although breast awareness is brought to everyone’s attention during the month of October, it’s equally vital to ‘Be Breast Aware’ all year round – not just in October – which is why we have produced cards in conjunction with Against Breast Cancer, detailing how to make breast awareness part of your routine.”
