Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has launched her eagerly-awaited swimwear range for Marks & Spencer.
The 24 piece collection builds on the best-selling Rosie for Autograph brand, which also offers lingerie, nightwear and sportswear.
It is inspired by elegant, grown up glamour and features statement shapes designed to fit and flatter women’s natural curves.
Vintage references are combined with contemporary designs and prints; a stylised metallic floral motif inspired by the Art Deco period decorates necklines and waistbands, while luxe fabrications are set to provide poolside confidence.
Sultry hues are designed to complement a variety of skin tones, alongside a deep, saturated black. Each piece is finished with delicate signature rose gold hardware designed to complement the Rosie for Autograph brand.
Huntington-Whiteley commented: “This is my first swimwear collection and I am incredibly proud of it and expanding the Rosie for Autograph brand. The knowledge I have gained from developing my lingerie collections has been invaluable when creating this collection, and working alongside Soozie [Jenkinson] and the M&S design team – now in our fifth year – has been incredibly fulfilling.”
Soozie Jenkinson said: “Our vision in creating the first Rosie Swimwear collection was to draw on both elegant and retro influences whilst keeping the collection modern and luxe. Silhouettes are chic, dramatic and designed to be flattering in bikinis and one-pieces. Plunging necklines, one shoulder bandeaus and triangle shapes accompany our bestselling ‘beau bra’ shape which we have recrafted into a stunning underwired bikini available up to an E cup.”
