Pudding, a lingerie retail and training consultancy, has launched a new range of web and SEO services for its clients.
The company, founded by Helen Masters, a former lingerie retailer based in Reading, has introduced the services to help retailers drive traffic to their websites and convert it into sales.
“I found a web and SEO expert who managed to rank my business on page one of Google for my key search terms, for a very good price. I was so impressed I decided to join forces with him to offer the same service to lingerie retailers and brands,” said Masters.
“In the past the industry has been a bit behind the curve on e-commerce so our aim is to remove any mystery, explain what e- commerce and SEO is in clear, understandable terms and offer a high quality service at prices people can afford.”
From her research, Masters found that many lingerie businesses think of SEO as an after-thought, or have previously paid over the odds for a service that hasn’t worked for them.
She is focused on offering a range of web and SEO services retailers can trust.
Masters explained: “There are a lot of agencies out there and it’s a bit of a minefield – how on earth do you choose someone you can trust? I really wanted to offer a package that is affordable for a range of budgets and that I know works. I used my own website as the test bed and, pardon the pun, but the proof was in the Pudding!”
