Sophie Ellis-Bextor will make an in-store appearance at House of Fraser this week to celebrate the launch of her SS15 hosiery collection designed in collaboration with Pretty Polly.
The singer will present a range of tights that reflects her love for all things fun, retro and quirky at the Oxford Street store on Friday.
The range incorporates influences from Ellis-Bextor’s own vintage and folkloric styling, with statement designs featuring musical notes and bow back seams.
Commenting on the collaboration, she said: “I feel very privileged to be working with Pretty Polly on my range of tights, and injecting some of my own creativity into a staple item of my wardrobe has been hugely exciting. Pretty Polly is a strong British brand with products still made in the UK and I’m very excited to be a part of their range and now able to see hosiery lovers wearing the designs.”
David Donnelly, managing director of Pretty Polly said: “We have truly enjoyed working with Sophie as this year’s Pretty Polly girl. Her impeccable style and love of hosiery is a perfect match for the brand and she truly encapsulates Pretty Polly values – fun-loving, fashionable and British."
"We love her collection and are delighted to be working with House of Fraser as our retail partner to launch the range today," he added.
