Geoff Embley began employment at Wacoal Europe as financial director in 2006, before being promoted to CEO 10 years later. In this role, he has participated in the growth and strength of one of the leading lingerie and swimwear groups in the world.

Over the past 12 months, Geoff has played a vital role in the rebranding and realignment of each of the lingerie and swimwear brands under the Wacoal Europe umbrella, including Freya, Fantasie, Elomi, b.tempt’d and Wacoal.
With Freya, for example, Wacoal Europe’s main goal is to attract a younger customer whilst retaining its
existing customers, and to do so it has ramped up its communication strategy.
In September, the brand launched a celebrity-studded podcast, When Life Gives You Melons.
Hosted by TV presenter Maya Jama, the eight-part series featured inspirational women discussing everything from boobs and breakups to friendships and careers.
It was amplified across Europe through social media, PR and via talent and influencers, echoing media consumption habits of the Freya audience.
Geoff has also strengthened his team with the appointment of Laura Simon as chief marketing officer in June 2016.
