Based in Los Angeles, Dale has appeared on Good Morning America, The Tyra Banks Show, BBC World News, and has been featured in The New York Times, Cosmopolitan, Glamour, Men’s Health and the Sunday Times.

Through TheBreastLife.com, she offers practical information related to bra wear and care, as well as product reviews and news on the latest evidence-based studies.

In 2016, Dale released a self-help book on how to shop for the perfect bra. The Breast Life Guide to the Bra Zone offers consumers of all ages practical advice on how to find their ideal size, style and support.

From bra myths to fit basics, hacks and fixes, sports bras to bralettes, The Bra Zone is filled with tips, photos, advice and information that will help shoppers navigate today’s bra landscape.

Dale wrote the Bra Zone after she became frustrated that women are “being fed a narrative that they don’t know their bodies well enough to know their correct size”.

“There isn’t ‘one’ size that fits the same, as brands have different sizing standards and no two bras are alike, much like shoes,” she told Lingerie Insight.

The Bra Zone is Dale’s second book on breast health. Her previous book, bOObs: A Guide to Your Girls was praised by Libary Journal as being a breezy ‘mammoir’ covering breast health.
