In the last two years, Jessica Prebble has led the Tutti Rouge team in strengthening its social media, appointing new sales agents, improving its product range and embarking on a series of clever campaigns to get the brand seen, heard and celebrated.
The fun and flirty brand, which launched in Leicester in 2013, received an overwhelming response from buyers at Curve New York last season and has attracted key buyers from the American market after collaborating with Easton International.
It has also partnered with agencies in the Portugal, Germany and Canada in the last 12 months.
Furthermore, the small team has worked tirelessly to increase brand awareness through key marketing campaigns in collaboration with Cici PR.
All this work led to Prebble winning the Entrepreneur of the Year 2016 at the Leicestershire Women in Business Awards in October. Her brand also won Small Business of the Year in the 2016 UK Lingerie Awards.
More recently, Prebble led the brand in launching Rougette, a sassy yet savvy-priced sister brand for its curvier customer.
The fashionable fuller-figure label was developed in response to a high demand from Tutti Rouge fans for larger back sizes. The brand offers colourful bras and bralettes in sizes 32-42 DD-G, with prices going up to £20 for moulded and padded cups.
In 2016, Tutti Rouge saw a 20% growth in revenue on the previous year.
