Denise Shepherd joined the board of directors at Panache in October 2013 and since that time she has worked closely with UK and international markets to establish the Panache, Cleo and Sculptresse brands.
As the former UK managing director of Escada, Shepherd was introduced to the lingerie world by a friend – a fuller busted woman who knew the importance of great bra fitting and service.
Her achievements include securing many high profile business partnerships across the world within the multi-brand department store and independent sector.
Shepherd continues to work with UK and international managers and executives to support the existing Panache retailers and develop brand awareness.
“As a company our key focus is to ensure that our brands are available in stores which provide a good fitting service as part of their business model,’ she said.
“When a customer walks out of a lingerie store with the correct fitting bra it impacts how she feels every day, uplifting her confidence and well being.”
Bravissimo, Rigby & Peller and Selfridges are among Panache’s key UK accounts.
Today, Panache lingerie is sold in 53 countries worldwide. Global stockists include Journelle, Nordstrom and Arnotts.
The brand’s latest financial statement, published on Companies House, shows that operating profit reached £744,000 in the 52 weeks to June 30, 2016, compared to £608,000 in 2015.
