Panache launches groundbreaking service to encourage in-store fittings

Panache has launched a ‘Click, Fit and Collect’ service that will enable shoppers to order direct from its website and collect their reservations from their nearest Panache stockist.

The new service, the first of its kind in the industry, is designed to champion independent bricks and mortar lingerie retailers.

With online lingerie sales increasing year on year, women are increasingly purchasing bras without having a fitting.

Panache believes that its new service provides a solution to this problem, encouraging more customers to have a fitting in store before they make their purchase.

The fuller-bust lingerie and swimwear brand will dispatch customers’ orders to their chosen participating retailer within two working days of the order being placed.

The customer will receive a text and email from Panache once the retailer has confirmed receipt of the item(s) and can complete the purchase of their order in store.

All stockists need is internet access, an active email address and contact number to be able to participate in the service. Retailers should also confirm their store opening hours for the Panache website’s stockists’ details section so that online customers can view when they will be able collect their reserved items.

Panache will also provide Click, Fit and Collect artwork for stockist to promote their participation in their own social media and marketing channels.

Panache marketing director Sarah Froggatt said: “Panache is well respected in the lingerie industry for our craftsmanship and beautiful designs, and we want to be at the forefront of excellent customer service as well.

“Our new Click, Fit and Collect service enables customers to access our full range of lingerie, swimwear and sports bras online and have it delivered to their local specialist store. We are very excited to start working with our Click, Fit & Collect retail partners who continue to deliver expert fit and service you can only receive in-store.”

Kathleen Baxter, owner of Katsize Lingerie, an independent retailer based in Aberdeenshire, commented: “The Click, Fit and Collect service from Panache has enabled us to grow our business whilst offering a whole new range of products to our loyal and valued customers.

“As a small shop we have limited space to stock and display goods. Click, Fit and Collect has enabled us to offer every product in every colour to our ladies. The customer still gets the same level of personal service from us in that we will ensure the fit of any items they have ordered before they pay for them. I would thoroughly recommend any retailer out there to see the benefits of this service to their business and to their clientele.”

Retailers wishing to participate in the Panache Click, Fit and Collect service should contact their local Panache representative for further details.
