British online swimwear retailer Coco Bay has received a prestigious award for excellence in customer service.
The e-tail boutique, which showcases designer bikinis, swimsuits and holiday accessories from brands such as Seafolly, Banana Moon and Moontide, picked up the award at the Good Web Guide’s Website of the Year Awards last week.
It was recognised for its dedication to delivering an ‘outstanding experience’ for shoppers, as rated by its customers.
Ben Clarke-Smith, head of customer success at Feefo, the category sponsor, said: “Amazing service is clearly at the top of their agenda: they personally respond to reviews, resolve issues quickly and are very deserving of this accolade. Congratulations to everyone at the Coco Bay team.”
Coco Bay co-founder Anna Roscoe commented on the win: “We are over the moon to have won this category, customer service has always been something Coco Bay are highly committed to and is central to our success.
“We’re constantly finding ways to provide our customers with a stress free shopping experience and really do try to go that ‘extra mile’. As the company has grown it becomes more of a challenge to retain that cosy customer service feel that we believe is so important but this award goes to show that our customers feel we are continuing to get it right.”
The award win follows the news that Coco Bay has launched a new activewear collection, which is made up of leggings, tops and sports bras.
