The winner of the Online Retailer of the Year (Small) award is Coco de Mer.
Coco de Mer’s ecommerce site has grown significantly over the last 12 months, with sales up 37% on 2015.
Its social media platforms have also seen huge success, with Instagram followers increasing 222% to 51,702.
The retailer’s database reaches over 24,000 people and it regularly communicates with customers via email.
Coco de Mer has launched a wide range of products across all categories this year, as well as delivering 24hr customer service and a live help function for the website.
This year has also seen the launch of the brand’s Fifty Shades Darker by Coco de Mer collection, which has a more affordable price point than its other lines. This has helped introduce a new customer to the brand.
