Moda provides business advice for visitors

The Moda Lingerie & Swimwear show will be presenting a lingerie trend seminar and series of retail focused presentations at next month’s event, taking place from August 12-14 at the NEC Birmingham.

The Spring Summer 2013 lingerie trends will be presented during the three day show, along with seminars on PR & marketing, mobile technology, customer service, social media and visual merchandising.

How to develop an upward cycle of customer engagement by Clare Rayner

Clare Rayner will provide clear direction, using her unique four-part customer engagement cycle to explain methods used for pulling in customers and identifying the right product, pricing and promotion to enable customer conversion. Rayner will also look at approaches to customer retention to increase sales and how to coax word-of-mouth recommendation from loyal customers.

Lingerie market and style trends for spring/summer 13 presentation by Matthew Jeatt, UK director at Promostyl.

Illustrating the lingerie industry’s latest advances in style, design and innovation, the seminar will focus on four themes – Rebirth, Paradisio, Spring and Squat. As well as covering all the key trends, the demand for tailor made products and the fusion of lingerie with ready-to-wear collections, the session will be accompanied by a live catwalk show featuring the ‘most desirable styles’.
