Swimwear brand Marianna G has been accredited by the Going Blue Foundation, which works to preserve and protect the world’s oceans.
The brand achieved this honour by using ocean-friendly materials and manufacturing methods, offsetting it’s “aquatrail” to help preserve the environment.
Inspired by Greek culture and history, Marianna G uses Italian fabrics to create its swimsuits. The label was created by London-born shipping heiress Marianna Goulandris, the granddaughter of UNESCO ambassador and philanthropist Marianna Vardinoyannis.
On June 3rd, 2013, Marianna G will release a capsule collection of black bathing suits, inspired by Chanel’s concept of the classic “little black dress.”
