Maison Close, the premium lingerie label known for its seductive boudoir style, has been announced as The Lingerie Edit’s first headline brand and lead sponsor.
Maison Close is being featured at the show with a double width exhibition space at the trade fair entrance.
It is hoped the move will draw attention to the brand’s 2017/18 collections.
Maison Close’s collections for 2017/18 are all about lightness and have been divided up into two key themes – la directrice and tentation (temptation), it said.
La Directrice draws its inspirations from “independent, sensual and provocative muses”, it said. The brand claims its “audacious lingerie sets” cross the boundaries to luxurious ready-to-wear items: a skirt and a bodysuit and a hemstitched-back dress in tulle and lace.
Tentation aims to satisfy style tastes and comfort. The fabric is designed to optimise softness. It is a minimalist collection figure-hugging and ready-to-wear lingerie.
David Finlayson of APM Agency, who is heading TLE, commented: “Maison Close can be found at the entrance of the Abraham Lincoln room at The Savoy Hotel, 12 and 13 January. The first 200 visiting buyers will receive a luxurious goodie bag sponsored by Maison Close.”
