James Bidwell, whose career includes a stint as managing director of Anthropologie Europe and marketing director for Selfridges, will deliver the keynote speech of the Pulse exhibition seminar programme.
Seminar delegates will benefit from the 20 years of retail experience that Mr Bidwell brings including head of Visit London, and his current role as managing director of multi-channel retail consultancy Bidwell & Co.
Pulse seminars run alongside the exhibition, which takes place June 5-7 at Earl’s Court in London.
At midday on June 6, Mr Bidwell will be speaking about the issue of constant change in the retail environment. His presentation will draw on his extensive experience in the corporate environment to demonstrate how smaller companies can learn from the corporate behemoths to remain competitive and an integral part of society.
The Pulse seminar programme will be supported by retail surgeries and free one-to-one appointments with industry experts, who will be on hand to trouble-shoot individual business issues.
