Global lingerie group Wacoal Europe has launched a brand new B2B website to help service and support its customers.
The group, which houses lingerie brands Wacoal, Fantasie, Freya, Elomi, Goddess and b.tempt’d, aims to provide its customers with a fast, efficient and resourceful platform.
Part of Wacoal Europe’s plans to support its digital growth further, it hopes the launch of the new platform will provide greater operational efficiency as well as help to improve customer experience.
Customers will have quick and easy access to place orders, they will also be able to check stock and download invoices at any time on any day.
Also providing a resource area, Wacoal Europe’s customers will be able to access materials such as price lists and download marketing assets such as brochures, images and videos.
Wacoal Europe’s new platform has also been customised and personalised in order to support the needs of each of its customers, which makes it tailor made to each market. Having launched the site in English, the lingerie business plans to roll-out additional languages in order to meet the needs of the 5,000 retailers which include national and independent stores and online retailers which span across 30 countries worldwide.
