Nearly 80% of lingerie professionals working in the retail side of the market say they are happy in their jobs.

While the lingerie retail landscape has witnessed some seismic changes in recent years, job satisfaction among those working in the sector remains positively high.

Retail employees who haven’t yet taken part in the Lingerie Insight Job Satisfaction and Salary Survey can do so HERE. It takes less than 5 minutes to complete and is completely anonymous.

Interestingly, job happiness among retailers is higher than it is among brands and wholesalers.

In comparison to the 80% of retailers who indicated they were happy with their jobs, only 54% of executives working for brands or distributors/wholesalers said they were ‘very happy’ or ‘somewhat’ happy in their roles. A further 15% said they were neither happy nor unhappy.

The full results of the Job Satisfaction and Salary Survey will be published in the forthcoming February edition of Lingerie Insight, and will include statistics on salary trends throughout the industry.
