Irish retail chain Shaws is set to roll out a new high-tech stock management system across its 15 department stores.
The retailer, which stocks lingerie by Wonderbra, Lepel, Sloggi, Fantasie and Triumph, has invested in a high-tech business solution by London-based Eurostop, a supplier to the fashion, footwear and lifestyle sectors.
The Eurostop e-pos touch software will be installed on nearly 180 tills across Ireland, with a live date of February 2016.
It will enable Shaws to manage and integrate sales and stock data from different systems, including concessions in the stores.
Shaws managing director Jonathan Shaw explained: “We chose Eurostop for its solution as the team really understand the fashion retail business and the business processes involved. They were quick to respond to us which gave us the confidence to use a London based organisation.
“As a company we seek to keep abreast of changing retail trends while maintaining our reputation for quality and service. Eurostop’s systems help us to achieve this and as a UK supplier it’s very easy to discuss our business needs.”
