Lingerie Insight joins DMU catwalk selection panel

Lingerie Insight will join an industry panel to select the intimate apparel designs that will be presented at this year’s graduate fashion show, hosted by De Montfort University’s Contour Fashion course.

Returning to the panel for a third year, editor Sarah Clarke will help choose 20 students to present their collections on the catwalk in June.

She will be joined by Mandy Ferrand, creative director at Courtaulds, Monica Harrington, product manager at Triumph and David Finlayson, founder of the Lingerie Edit trade show and director at APM Agency.

Thirty-two final-year students will present their work on live models on May 17, before the most innovative and creative designs were selected for the show.

The 2016 graduate fashion show and exhibition will be held on June 17 at the Freemasons’ Hall in London’s Covent Garden.

Two catwalk shows will take place during the event – one in the afternoon and one in the evening – followed by a VIP drinks reception.
