The second edition of Laurie van Jonsson’s How To Become A Lingerie Designer has launched on Amazon.
The paper-back book covers the creative and technical side of lingerie design, including grading, costing, spec sheets, working drawings and the aspects of running a label.
Alongside this, it contains interviews with independent lingerie designers from across the globe.
Author, van Jonsson, is a freelance lingerie designer working with multi-national and independent companies to produce commercial garments.
Her own brand, Vanjo, which specialised in smaller backs and larger cups, was the first independent label to stock above an E cup in Topshop.
Van Jonsson, who also blogs about lingerie, now resides in London and is studying for her Masters in International Fashion Management.
