Luxury loungewear brand Kriss Soonik is set to introduce its first range of swimwear for SS13.
The designer’s swimwear capsule collection, which will be showcased at The Lingerie Collective show in July, encompasses a selection of ‘sensual’ pieces in black and gold.
Designer Soonik said: “Swimwear is the natural next step for the development of the brand. The swimwear is aligned with our philosophy of bringing the innerwear as outerwear.”
New materials and bright colours will also be making an appearance for SS13, with fishnet providing a ‘sexy-punk’ kick and a new bright pink adding an 80’s vibe to the lace pieces.
Kriss Soonik Loungerie has experienced year on year growth since it was founded three years ago, with turnover doubling each year.
The brand is currently available in 13 countries, having added stockists in Japan, Canada, France and Spain over the past season. The most recent launch took place in the Dolci Follie boutique in Notting Hill, London.
Kriss Soonik also debuted at Curve New York, in February, picking up five new stockists in the US.
Soonik said:“Curve was a great surprise and we had amazing results, we will definitely return for one more season in August. Our loungerie concept is rapidly gaining awareness and filling an overlooked niche in the market”.
