Resort wear brand Key Leaf has announced that it is looking to increase its number of stockists in the UK.
The label is currently exhibiting at this year’s London Fashion Week, where it is showcasing its SS12 Insects collection.
The Nottingham Hill based brand is stocked primarily in the US and the Caribbean. It has only two stockists in the UK, Heidi Klein and Milletre.
Designer and co-founder Claudia Chaparro said: “We normally exhibit at the Miami Show and we are already in the US market and the Caribbean, but we have very little exposure to the UK market, even though we are based in London.
“So, we thought, what would be the best exhibition to do? And, we researched and this came up.”
She added: “We are very excited about this show, because it has brought us a lot of exposure. Nobody knew about us, but now they do.”
The new Insects collection features bee wings, butterflies, ladybirds and dragon flies in array of bright colours and pastel shades.
Designs are untailored and loose fitting, and feature large quantities of silk.
