Australian lingerie brand Kayser has created a 3D ad to publicise its new Bombshell bra.
The imagery, which will feature in magazines and 3D outdoor advertising, is coupled with the tag line ‘In all three dimensions’.
It has not been revealed whether the campaign was inspired by a similar UK 3D project, founded by Wonderbra on the launch of its Full Effect bra. Jockey UK and Chantelle have also since pursued their own 3D initiatives.
A Kayser spokesman told Mumbrella: “There was a lot of buzz around 3D movies and talk about 3D print and this bra seemed perfect to align with a 3D outdoor and print campaign.
“Aside from the 3D effect of the campaign, the bra gives you so much boost it’s like it is in 3D as well.”
The 3D ads will feature in Shop Till You Drop magazine, which will carry a pair of 3D glasses for the issue. NW, Who, Famous and OK, will feature 2D versions of the images.
The new campaign was officially launched last week in Sydney. Shoppers, who were given 3D glasses to view the ads, were able to try on the bra and compete for a series of prizes.
