HANRO hosts New York art exhibition

Hanro of Switzerland continued its 130th anniversary celebrations this month by holding an art exhibition in New York featuring some of the world’s most seductive women wearing the brand’s garments.

The exhibition, titled ‘130 Years of Dressing The Most Seductive Women’, featured artists’ interpretations of Hanro’s most memorable pop culture moments, including the iconic scene in The Seven Year Itch, where Marilyn Monroe’s skirt billows up to reveal her Hanro underwear.

Artists were selected from all over the world to take part in the exhibition, held on November 6, including Izak Zenou, Marc-Antoine Coulon, Esther Bayer and Catherine Parr.
