Gossard outlines trend inspirations for AW18 lingerie range

Gossard has unveiled an AW18 collection designed to embrace femininity, with intricate detailing and subtle tones, highlighted with a burst of colour.

The new range, available in four monthly drops from June 2018, is sensual and seductive, with fiery tones of rouge and contrasts of jewel tones.

The June drop consists of a diverse mix of exotic colours and a rich opulent print alongside some of Gossard’s best-selling lines.

In July, the best-selling Glossies range will land in crisp white.

The August drop will include Geo Chic, featuring a plunge shape with asymmetric embroidered motifs and a new underwired halter-neck bralette.

The bralette was developed using ultra-light moulded cups under fine stretch fishnet mesh, with appliquéd embroidered motifs on both cups.

Hot on the heels of the new Glossies lace collection launched earlier this year, Gossard’s August drop also introduces a new lipstick rouge colour to the range.

The print of the season, Vintage Bloom, captures large romantic blooms on chic satin, combined with a delicate lace band.

The sport lux trend continues to gain momentum in the fashion stakes and is still influencing the fashion world, from catwalk to high street.

Therefore, Gossard has designed with this in mind, combing all the trend focused elements, such as mesh panelling and wide graphic elastics, with feminine details, including transparent elements.

The Sport Lux collection, suitable for loungeing and layering, consists of a long line bralette developed with a low wire for minimal visibility and maximum support.

Also in August, the Floral Attraction range, from Gossard’s VIP collection, will feature jewel tones of emerald and orchid.

The final drop of the season, available from September, will be made up of Glossies in rich teal and Superboost Lace in vibrant purple.
