Emerging lifestyle brand A Gift From The Gods has grown its team with the appointment of a full-time social media executive.
Experienced lifestyle blogger Tara Samvat has joined the team to develop a holistic social media strategy and drive brand awareness.
Her remit is to create engaging content, grow the brand’s online and social following, develop influencer collaborations and manage campaigns.
Founder Jane Reucroft said: “Social media is now one of the key drivers of brand awareness and in order to manage the medium successfully you need to commit to it as a cornerstone of your brand marketing strategy.”
Commenting on her new role, Samvat said: “A Gift From The Gods is a compelling brand and social media offers the perfect opportunity to communicate its brand values and lifestyle appeal. I’m thrilled to be joining an entrepreneurial team and creating some exciting campaigns.”
A Gift From The Gods, which develops nightwear and accessories, operates a multi-channel sales strategy and its social media activity will be geared to support all areas including wholesale.
Specific content will be created to support new and existing wholesale accounts, highlighting marketing events, new arrivals and driving customers to the brand’s nearest boutique or department store stockist.
Reucroft added: “Today’s Goddess researches and shops across digital and traditional bricks and mortar retail so it’s important to be relaxed about this and work with it so that all areas flourish for all parties. Our stockists are our partners and we aim to support them.”
