Fräulein Annie moves company HQ from UK to Germany

Fräulein Annie’s Spring Summer 2013 collections will be the last that the company will introduce as a London-headquartered designer.

The company’s director, Frauke Nagel, has revealed that the pace of business growth in Germany has persuaded her to relocate to the country.

“The growth of my business made me decide to move to Germany in a few weeks time. I’ll have plenty of space and support that will enable me to better service my customers. I already have my warehouse there now,” Nagel told Lingerie Insight.

The first range from SS13 to be introduced to retailers at Mode City in Paris and Curve in New York this summer is entitled Scene d’Amour.

The romantic lingerie features polka dot mesh trimmed with a delicate cotton lace and comes in two colourways: a fresh cream/ lavender and a seductive black/ almond.

Pieces are available as a padded long line multi-way bra from A to D cup, a deep plunge non padded fuller bust bra, a waist cincher with removable suspenders that can be worn with either a thong panty or a short.

Photographs of the new collections are expected next week.
