Following a ‘successful’ pre-Christmas campaign to drive sales across the festive season, Patricia Eve has decided to extend its free delivery offer on all orders over £75.
Patricia Eve managing director Mike Eve said: “We know how difficult trading conditions are for everyone at the moment and we are keen to support our independent customers wherever possible.
“Customer service has always been at the forefront of our business, which is why we have a full team of agents across the UK and, with our free 24 hour delivery service, there is no reason for any Patricia Eve customer to worry about running out of stock this spring.”
In a bid to ensure that deliveries and customer service would be ‘even higher’ in 2012, last year saw the complete restructuring of the Patricia Eve warehouse, together with the implementation of a new server and computer system to monitor stock levels.
Eve added: “Patricia Eve is a family run business. We understand the challenges facing the independents at this time and we want all our customers to know that they can talk to us about any issues they are having and we will be listening. We are here to help.”
Another initiative for 2012 is the introduction of a quarterly newsletter for the independent retailers to keep them abreast of new styles and collections, and also business tips for riding out the current economic climate. The first instalment looks at websites and essential things to consider when planning a new site or updating an existing one.
Patricia Eve will be attending Moda, this February.
