A former lawyer has launched a new sleepwear range for men and women.
Catherine Hewitt hopes to appeal to the global luxury market with her new brand, Law of Sleep.
She has created four collections using cotton, cotton Lycra and silk sourced in the UK.
They include Luxury, Casual, Resort and Travel collections, with Bridal launching early next year.
Highlights from the men’s Luxury collection include the Ernest dressing gown made from Royal Oxford Cotton and piped with navy Irish linen.
The women’s Casual collection includes the stand-out Abani pyjamas, featuring a top designed with bat-wing sleeves and a wide neck trimmed in black lace. The range is paired with a bandeau, made with adjustable straps, and silk satin trousers.
Singapore- and Paris-based Hewitt believes Law of Sleep will have worldwide appeal and is particularly targeting Europe, Asia and North America.
“We aim to capitalise on the popularity of European-manufactured products, while at the same time providing a fresh luxury alternative with our four collections for men and women,” she said.
The men’s collections are available in sizes XS to XL and the women’s collections are available in UK sizes 6 to 14. Each item is packaged in a luxury presentation box featuring the Law of Sleep monogram.
