Online lingerie and swimwear retailer Figleaves has launched a virtual fitting service for its customers.
Live Fit allows customers seeking fitting advice to have a one-to-one video chat with Figleaves’ experienced advisers.
They will have the option of either an instant session or booking an appointment, allowing the adviser to research the customer’s individual query and bring potential solutions to the meeting.
The adviser can also act as a personal shopper, arranging for the recommended products to be sent to the customer, saving them the time of searching the site and going through the usual online ordering process.
A follow-up session is also available should the customer want to discuss the ordered product with the adviser.
Live Fit is Figleaves’ latest initiative in helping customers find the perfect fit. It follows the launch of its ‘shape for every shape’ campaign last month.

Figleaves said Live Fit advisors are trained in answering a full range of queries, including advising on current fit and how it can be improved, to fitting maternity and pre- and post-surgery bras.
