Legwear brand Falke has expanded its international retail presence with a new store opened in Moscow.
The new 73m2 store has opened at the GUM shopping mall on the famous Red Square in the Russian capital.
Managing directors Franz-Peter and Paul Falke said opening the new store is another step in embarking to international territory with the Falke brand.
“The central location and the charming building offer the ideal environment for a Falke store which is perfectly put into the limelight by the architect Sabine Keggenhoff,” the cousins added.
“Walnut, leather and polished stainless steel, combined with red and anthracite-coloured surfaces, form the basis of the individual store concept for a harmonious overall composition.”
The FALKE Group was founded in 1895 and now has more than 8,500 point-of-sales worldwide. These include Le Bon Marché, Galleries Lafayette, KaDeWe, Selfridges, Harrods, La Rinascente and De Bijenkorf.
