Parisian department store Galeries Lafayette has reopened its Exposed pop-up shop in support of Salon International de la Lingerie.
Now in its third year, Exposed, located on the 4th floor of the store, is presenting new styles from 12 new and established lingerie brands from around the world, including Lyn Lingerie, Swedish Stockings, Corporelle, Undress Code, Marika Vera, Dora Larsen, P. Le Moult, L’Angélique, Opaak, Marieyat and Kent.
The brainchild behind the pop-up shop is Matthieu Pinet, founder of online gallery-boutique The Shape of the Season.
For the third year running, he is also working with Eurovet, the organisers of Salon International de la Lingerie, to create a larger version of the pop-up at the exhibition, which will present lingerie, corsetry, loungewear, sportswear and beauty brands.
As previously reported, a selection these labels will be given the chance to present their collections during Paris Fashion Week.
Eurovet has partnered with fashion event Paris Sur Mode and accessories trade show Premiere Classe to place 40 lingerie, swimwear, loungewear brands under the spotlight this September.
The selected brands, including known names, alternative labels and young designers, will be presented in the Exposed exhibition from September 25 – October 3.
