Lingerie and swimwear brand Naturana has hired three new account managers after disbanding its external UK sales agents.
Tanya Bulloch has joined the company as key account manager, after previously working as a sales and marketing associate at Bravado Designs and key account manager for Lorna Drew.
Naturana’s new territory account managers are Chelsea Vickers, who previously worked as a business development executive at Curvy Kate, and former sales agent Richard Potter.
Vickers will look after customers in the Midlands and the South while Potter work on the road in Scotland and the North.
Stephen Duncan will continue to manage the key account business in Ireland.
The move is part of a five-year plan put in place by Naturana UK sales and marketing director Tom Kavanagh to establish new avenues for the brand and expand its market share.
Commenting on the restructure, Naturana UK sales and marketing director Tom Kavanagh said: “The sales agents did a great job and I thank them for all their hard work, but we need to move forward with an employed sales structure dedicated to selling Naturana.”
Naturana has also implemented a new telesales department headed up by new recruit Laura Moore.
“Laura joined us last year and she’s helping to offer a much better service to our customers. We’re moving from being reactive to being proactive in respect to the service that we offer our customers,” said Kavanagh.
