Fuller-bust lingerie retailer Bravissimo will unveil a new responsive website in the New Year, Lingerie Insight has learned.
The company said the new site, which will launch in early 2017, will result in a “much improved” customer journey, capitalising on mobile traffic and revenue.
“The site has a more contemporary design – delivering a much more brand focused, ‘feel good’ experience,” a spokesperson for the company said.
Bravissimo will also update its live chat service, which it introduced last year to provide video assistance to customers browsing its website.
Through this, shoppers can interact with one of the Bravissimo’s customer service consultant on screen, ask questions and see the product range close up.
Early results showed that video-assisted support was converting three times more sales than unassisted browsing.
One example of video assistance in practice is in the bra-fitting service offered by Bravissimo. Customers can seek advice via web chat or choose a voice to voice engagement so the consultant can talk them through how to ensure the right fit.
